Sending/Receiving basically is putting 2 people in 2 separate rooms and having them reach into each other’s mind, then they draw the image of what they picked up on.





Thinking Separates You From Your Inner Self!

Trying to explain the divine with a human mind can be challenging. In order to simplify things, I will separate the brain in two parts. The cerebral cortex = yellow brain; and the mid-brain (inner center of head).

Yellow Brain:

This brain is your thinking brain. It iis responsible for:
Past experiences
Judgement – right or wrong


No time
No distance
No space
This brain does not think… It only knows!

Here is where you go during meditation, altered states of consciousness, etc. This is where you reach higher levels of consciousness.

Your inner self, soul, spirit is here. Activating this part of the brain awakens Universal Consciousness! Universal Mind!

How do we activate this part of the brain?. By not thinking!!!

We need to silence the thinking brain. There are different ways to do this. The most common way is to meditate. It’s easier said than done. Check my post on beginners guide to meditation for instructions. The more you meditate, the easier it gets. It’s like remembering a place you’ve been to. The more often you go there, the easier it is it bring that memory, vision, or feeling to the front of your mind.

You can also train your brain by controlling your yellow brain in the following way:

Be conscious that you are not your body. You are a soul living in this body.

Stay away from binary thinking, right or wrong, good or bad, beautiful or ugly. People and things exist.. Experiences are here for a reason, for a higher purpose.

Keep yourself in the present moment! Your past is gone, let it go! Define who you want to be, and become that person with your next breath! You are in this moment creating your future so you don’t have to worry about it! Be… Now!

Whenever you find yourself reverting to your old way of thinking, bring yourself back.

Universal Mind Awaits! Imagine having an antenna, or satellite dish on your head! Lol! You have access to all information, people, times that have ever or will ever exist. There is nothing you cannot experience, no-thing!

Going to mid-brain at will is what I teach my students to do. From the very first class I show them how to remote view. This is where I show them a box that I have hidden an object in, and I instruct them to go into mid-brain (activate satellite) and describe this object. Rarely will a student fail at this! It’s pretty amazing when you discover the power that you have, that we all have.

Anybody can do this! I often refer to the mid-brain as the psychic brain. You don’t need any tools, crystals, or gadgets. You simply have to want to know ALL THAT YOU ARE!

Psychic Mini-Readings

Preparing For An Out-Of-Body Experience (OBE)

The first step to having an out-of-body experience (OBE) is developing a mind outside of the body.  Allowing yourself to be more than a body.   Go beyond the physical illusion!  I am more than my body.  I am a soul, a spirit!
This body is only a garment, a temporary home, a place for me to experience the here and  now. It is what keeps me functioning in linear time.  In this physical realm,  the body is mostly governed by the laws of nature.

The place to start is within the mind.  Elevate your thoughts, your consciousness to more than the body.  Contemplate the following:

  •  “I am more than my body”
  • Where do I go when I am sleeping?
  • Who is it that looks out through my eyes?
  • What is the magic that makes all bodies similar, yet people so different.

This seems simple enough, but don’t be fooled!  The time you spend contemplating is time you spend elevating your level of consciousness.  Remember the part about developing a mind outside the body?  That’s what’s happening here.  Every time you contemplate  the unknown, it is time spent thinking “outside the box”.  Your consciousness raises and is outside the boundaries of common thought, unlimited by the  human experience.

The more you develop mind, raise consciousness, the more you are in a “frame of mind” for an out-of-body experience.  Chances are that this will happen when you are totally relaxed.  Bedtime is usually when it happens for me.  Actually, many people experience this at night, only to jump back quickly into the body.  You weren’t falling off a building, or out of a plane.  lol.  That’s the image the human brain will give you t0 explain where you’ve been!  The fact is, there may be some fear or reason that pulls you back to the body. You will always come back!  As you become more relaxed with the experience of leaving the body, you will be less prone to sudden jerks back to reality.

Where do you go during an OBE?

If you were a pilot learning to fly, you would stay in the plane, in the cockpit.  In the control room!!!  That’s what you should be doing.  Stay with the body.

Decide ahead of time that when you experience OBE, you will stay in your room.  It’s a familiar area therefore you will feel more comfortable.  You may chose to sit on your dresser, desk, etc, and simply look at yourself.  You can go back to your body AT ANY TIME!  The second you desire to go back, you will find yourself in the body again.

As you become more comfortable “flying”, you may want to roam around the house, in your comfort zone.  As you become more experienced you can choose your destination.  Simply thinking of where you want to be will bring you there.  You are the “pilot”, this is your mind, your consciousness.  MASTER THE BRAIN!  Control your mind, become master of your “self” and your experiences.  Bon voyage!

p.s.  when preparing for OBE, make sure you won’t be disturbed!

Ever wonder what a psychic reading is like for the psychic?

As I don’t have contact with many psychics, I will only talk about my experiences, or those of my students. As a medium/psychic, clairvoyant, clairsentient and empath, my readings include so many different aspects of spirit that I cannot really classify, or separate any aspects.

When I start a reading, I like to have the person I’m reading for to be as relaxed as possible. I want the person to “Let me in”.   It’s like being granted permission from the soul to access information. By the person acknowledging this, a bond is created and a door is opened. Imagine a warm welcome when you enter someone’s home and they greet you with open arms and their heart and soul smile at you and a unity of spirit is formed.

Sitting face to face, I take the person’s hands and close my eyes while I enter the soul’s domain. The images start coming to me almost like a movie, or sometimes just pictures. Symbols flash before my eyes, scenes of many spirits sharing the sense of unity. We are all one. As spirits come forth, I see letters, names, identifying marks or special symbols or scenes that will be familiar to the person I’m reading. Be it deceased ancestors, parents, children or friends, they give recognizable symbols.

While this is happening, my body seems to go numb, there is no longer any separation between my clients body and mine.  I start feeling as my client is feeling, both physically and emotionally. If a person banged a toe, I feel it! If the person has heart disease, my heart will hurt. I remember when this first started happening, I was always thinking that I was having heart failure, digestive issues, arthritis, stomach cramps, etc.  Imagine!  These physical feeling are accompanied by information, sometimes that information tells me the source of the problem.  This is not meant to replace a doctor’s advice.  Quite the opposite, I often tell my client’s that they need to seek treatment for these ailments.

Feeling the emotions of my client as if they were my own always happens during a reading.  Be it the loss of a child or parent, separation anxiety, panic attack, whatever the emotion,  I feel it fully, and then I am told the source of them.

All of this happens within the first minute or two. In the psychic realm, time does not exist.  I cannot stress that enough!  Only when entering this realm can we receive all this information, spirits coming forth, and physical manifestations, almost within the blink of an eye.   Sometimes it feels as though these spirits have been talking to me forever, telling me their story. A melding of spirit has taken place. There is a recognition of soul, of unity, of the magic of life that makes us all one.  There is rejoicing and a state of just being, and acknowledging this “cosmic soup” and our part in and of it.

Let me tell you that all this happens in the spirits world.  The psychic brain doesn’t think… it only knows!

Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family.  The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the mansion’s guest room.  Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement.

As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it.  When the younger angel asked why, the older angel  replied, “Things aren’t always what they seem.”

The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife.  After sharing what little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night’s rest.

When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears.  Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field.  The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel how could you have let this happen?

The first man had everything, yet you helped him, he accused.  The second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die.  “Things aren’t always what they seem,” the older angel replied.

“When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall.  Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn’t find it.”

“Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife.  I gave him the cow instead.  Things aren’t always what they seem.”

Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don’t turn out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust that every out come is always to your advantage. You just might not know it until some time later…

Meditation Tips for Beginners

Meditation can be done anywhere, anytime, and the only tool you need is you.

The ideal place for meditation is in a quiet area.  Turn the phone ringer off.  If anyone is at home, let them know you don’t want to be disturbed.  If you want music as a background, the radio won’t cut it!  Listen to classical, or soft music without words.

A meditation is about letting go of everything and everyone and finding your center (Self)  Your Self is your being, the life within you.  Identify with yourself ( Your Self) and not your body.  Some people like to lay with their bodies aligned with the earth’s magnetic field, North/South.

It is important that you are comfortable to meditate.  Loosen belt, untie tight jeans, bra strap, etc.  If your physical self is bothered, or constricted, it will hinder your progress.

If you are going to meditate for an extended period of time, cover yourself with a blanket.  Inactivity will cool your body temperature and being cold will make you focus on your body.   If you are sitting during meditation, make sure you keep your spine straight.  Sitting on a pillow, Indian style will do this.  Or you sit on the floor and can lean against the foot of the bed, or a wall.

Covering your eyes with a scarf, or blinder (you can purchase at your local pharmacy) will help you internalize.  The darker the better.

        1. Lay down or sit comfortably.
        2. Focus on your breath – breathing 8 times per minute or less will bring you into a state of meditation.  Rhythmic slow deep breathing.
        3. Keep random thoughts at bay bringing your focus back to the breath.  In the beginning, it is difficult to not think, but eventually you will train your mind not to interrupt during meditation.  Don’t get discouraged, practice makes perfect.
        4. You may simply want to think of nothing (No Thing), or visualize something, healing for example.  Imagine your breath being (blue) for healing.  As you breathe in, imagine that you are surrounded by a blue light, and as you inhale, the light is entering and filling your body.  As you exhale, let all your tensions release.  Just be!
        5. You are a Human Being…not a Human Doing.  So just be!
